Natural Cleaning Products

Natural cleaning products can range from chemical-free sponges to homemade cleaning recipes. I have created a list of natural brands and the top-rated cleaning products to use. Lastly, this post includes ingredients to avoid and 10 all-purpose substitutes.

Why do I need to use a natural product?

Firstly, cleaning products include ingredients such as surfactants, preservatives, artificial fragrances and more. Which can cause eye damage, endocrine disruption (causing hormonal imbalance), breathing issues and even cancer.

Ingredients put on your body or clean with are absorbed through your skin and lungs. Your skin is your largest organ and absorbs lotions, perfumes, lip balm and more.

In other words, it is very important to make sure you are using products with cleaner ingredients to avoid the risk of getting major health concerns.

Do Natural Products Work As Well As Regular Cleaning Products?

Yes! When they first came out they may not have been as effective. However, with a competitive market and so many brands being born.

These natural brands are forced to compete not only in the natural category but also with big-name brand products.

Furthermore, they have to have clean ingredients, typically cruelty-free, vegan, gluten-free. In addition to all the other expectations of the average natural health product consumer.

So if you think about it, the natural brands have even more to prove!
