I am a student therapist and I offer anxiety coaching. I teach from a mindfulness & humanistic perspective. Which means I use evidence-based techniques to help you create goals, pursue them, work on improving your health holistically and helping you regulate your nervous system.

What Is The Cost of Anxiety & Depression Coaching?
It is $50 for a 45-minute session and $90 for a 90-minute session (ideal if you have limited time and want to work through it faster).
How Long Do I Need to Do This?
As long as you want, but it depends on the individual 3-5 sessions is a minimum because making change takes time, and it needs to be broken down, so it is done effectively. In addition, I want to cover as much as you feel comfortable sharing and working on!
