I have a Bachelor of Science in Psychology.I am a member of the American Association of Christian Counselours. I also have a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling.
I write about how psychology can be used in your daily life to help you feel less stressed and anxious. For example, this blog post is based on a paper I wrote for my degree in psychology.
My Experience:
Working with many holistic health practitioners including Naturopathic Doctors and Chiropractors.
I was a Natural Health Educator for numerous companies including a well-known vitamin and supplement brand.
Holistic Momma was started in order to have a space to continue to educate women about healthier alternatives. I do this to simply help people, as Alternative Medicine has and always will be my passion.
I only support brands that I have or would personally use. Recommending products with bad ingredients is NOT my thing!
